As a new participant, you will need to pay:

  1. $70 one-off establishment fee
  2. $8 monthly fee

The establishment fee can be spread over the duration of your plan. Additional payments can be made at any time with absolutely no penalties.

The maximum amount that is borrowable is $20,000. Each application is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, a deposit of up to 20% will be required. humm VIP customers may be eligible for lower deposit amounts.

Payments are made monthly via direct debit from your nominated account

If your Direct Debit payment is unsuccessful we may contact you by phone, SMS or email to re-establish your payment plan.

Yes! No early payment fees apply.

The process is simple and can be done in a few moments. Before you start, all you need is a bank account or credit card. The basic criteria for application are as follows:

  • You must be 18 years of age
  • Have permanent employment of 20+ hours per week or:
  • You are on an Aged Pension or Veteran's Pension
  • You meet humm's credit criteria
  • You are a resident of Australia
  • You have a valid mobile number

Applications can be processed via the humm mobile app or your chosen dental clinic.
